Director of Rehabilitation - OT, PT or SLP

Liberty Health & Wellness is currently scouting for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead it's in-house therapy team. We are part of a small but growing network of skilled nursing & post-acute rehabiltiation facilities located across the country and offer local leadership, freedom to create a therapy department that best meets the needs of all patients, as well as career growth opportunities. We see a diverse and interesting patient population with both short term rehab and long term care patients.

As Director of Rehabilitation you will:

• Manage all daily operations of the therapy department
• Train new therapy staff
• Provide opportunity for development and professional growth for your team members
• Coordinate care with the facility nursing team
• Maintain all required records and reports
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Create and implement therapy programs according to the needs of your patients
• Provide direct care as needed
