We are looking for a COTA to join our dedicated staff. We seek a COTA who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient centered clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Lee's Summit Place is a small 32 bed Rehab to Home facility with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service and care. Requirements of the job:

· Valid state license

· Completion of accredited therapy program

· Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
