Technical Recruiter:
- Responsible for the full life- cycle recruitment process of short and long term initiatives and staffing Gain market share of clients by increasing headcount, revenue and gross margin
- Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
- Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates
- At least 3 years recruitment experience within the IT industry.
- Experience selling IT/Technology staffing services with a good understanding of technology positions, job roles, and skill sets with strong communication.
- Strong knowledge of social media sites such as LinkedIn
