Do You want to work on software development for Smart Vehicle Architecture? https://www.aptiv.com/en/solutions/smart-vehicle-architecture Your Role: Manage and coordinate the SW Development Team working on platform development and structured on the Agile framework Maximizing the value of the SW product and the work of the SW Development Team Effectively work on the SW Development Team backlog, setup priorities, refine and communicate backlog items Cooperate with Product Owner Develop the product strategy and manage the product roadmap Be responsible of on time delivery for every customer program where the SW Development team is involved Ensure the technical content and quality of the SW Development Team backlog according to the defined Features/Functions list Define the resources necessary to deliver the backlog items and work with Engineering Group Manger to ensure that staffing optimization Manage risks on the SW Development Team Level Plan and track activities according to Product Owner milestones Monitor and measure performance in planning and progresses of the SW Development Team Manage internal and external stakeholders Report and escalate issues in case of non achievable targets Drive the compliance with Quality Assurance (QA), Product Development Process (ADP 2.1) Care for good company image, confidential information and company’s property Key Requirements: BSc or MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related Strong entrepreneurial attitude, high level of motivation and dedication Team oriented work experience, leadership and communication skills Experience in Software or System Engineering A-SPICE knowledge Certificate in Professional Scrum Product Owner Project Management skills (methods, tools) Methodical approach to problem solving Basic knowledge in Software Quality Assurance Processes Good communication in English (both written and spoken) Why join us?
