Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, budgeting, employee management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching employees on effective selling techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage the store budget, including inventory control and expense management
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and services
- Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process for new employees
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets company standards
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in retail math and able to analyze sales data to make informed decisions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of employee orientation, training, and development strategies
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, and retain top talent
