Shift Leader

Location: 2526 kalakaua Ave. Honolulu, HI 96815

Rate: $14.50/hr tips (Tips are up to $400 /pay period)

Position: Shift Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts Ensure smooth full of operation.
• Supervise the team with restocking and food handling. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the working area.
• Train new staff members on procedures and policies
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Adherence to Company Policies: Follow all company policies and guidelines regarding service standards, uniform policy, Attendance and punctuality policy, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a restaurant.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of shift management practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Team management skills to motivate and guide staff members

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
