Poinsett Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist Near Greenville, SC

Full-time receptionist needed.

We are a busy small animal practice in northern Greenville, SC with a loyal client base and experienced staff.

  • Highly values the human – animal bond. Compassionate.
  • Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is preferred but not required. An eagerness to learn is most important.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude in an at-times stressful environment.
  • Ability to problem solve independently.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Works well with a team
  • Ideally a candidate fluent in Spanish as well as English

Job duties include:

  • Admitting and discharging patients
  • Processing prescriptions
  • Client education
  • Record keeping
  • Phone and computer skills
  • Scheduling appointments
