Job Summary

Po'ailani, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse in a pleasant community setting with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree
• Applicants must have a Registered Nurse License
• Nursing experience preferred including psychiatric experience. Willing to train.
• Must pass criminal background check

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Services provided by the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to the following:

• Working with individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders in a Licensed Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment program.
• Assessing patients medical and psychiatric needs.
• Referring to community providers as needed.
• Following up with community providers recommendations.
• Leading a weekly medication management group.
• Working closely with para-professional staff to monitor patients’ medications.
• Excellent computer skills a must, in addition to having experience with Word and Excel programs.
• Other duties as necessary.
• On-going training is provided.
