PNY Technologies is Hiring a Procurement Supply Chain Analyst Near Parsippany, NJ

MAIN FUNCTION:

Procurement supply chain analyst will conduct data analysis to improve supply chain operations and procurement duties, resulting in increased efficiency and reduce costs. The analyst will need to have data analysis and problem-solving skills, along with procurement and supplier management background.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement/purchasing or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analysis, planning, or a related field.
Proven knowledge and experience in supplier management, working with contract manufacturers and inventory management.
Knowledge of supply chain concepts, principles, and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis, analytical skills, and optimization tools, such as Excel, and Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to develop actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to present findings in a clear and professional manner
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as supply, inventory, forecasts, and market trends.
- Contract Manufacturer Management
- Supplier performance evaluation
- Monitoring Supplier Performance
- Cost and lead time analysis
- Order management
- Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations

Developing and maintaining reports, Power BI Dashboards, and metrics to measure and evaluate the performance within the supply chain.
Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with other departments, such as planning, operations, marketing sales and finance, to coordinate and implement supply chain strategies and solutions.
Other duties, as assigned.
