As an AI Intern at Pneu-Dart Inc., you will be pivotal in exploring and integrating advanced artificial intelligence technologies into our telecommunications and online platforms. This role involves developing AI solutions that enhance our voice-to-text and text-to-voice interactions, streamline our social media and e-commerce operations, and explore the potentials of generative AI and large language models. Additionally, you will contribute to the future deployment of AI-powered recommendation engines and AI chatbots to deliver personalized customer experiences and round-the-clock support. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to building Pneu-Dart’s proprietary AI notebook and shaping our AI strategy.

Requirements:

Research and Development: Conduct thorough research on advanced AI technologies, including recommendation engines, chatbots, and virtual assistants tailored for telecommunications.

Innovation Identification: Propose and evaluate AI initiatives to enhance customer interaction through personalized, efficient, and automated support within our shopping cart and social media platforms.

AI Notebook Development: Collaborate to develop and document AI experiments and findings in a proprietary AI notebook..

Prototype Solutions: Design and prototype AI-driven applications to improve customer service operations, focusing on reducing response times and support costs while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in AI, especially those affecting customer service in telecommunications, to recommend actionable strategies.

Reporting: Regularly present findings and progress to the R&D team and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning concepts, and familiarity with LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or project experience in AI, particularly in machine learning or AI applications for customer service.

Education/Experience:
