Key Responsibilities Guides and coaches multiple Scrum Teams utilizing Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Drives team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum process is understood and the team adheres to Agile theory, practice, and guidelines. Coaches the Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team. Works with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Identifies and resolves and/or escalates roadblocks, issues, and conflicts within the team in a timely fashion. Shields the team from interruptions. Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. Facilitates the team estimation of what is needed to achieve goals. Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role. Facilitates and supports all agile ceremonies Maintains team metrics and reports to all stakeholders. Required Qualifications 8 years of exp as a Scrum Master leading product development initiatives B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience Critical Skills Required knowledge and experience managing team’s responsible for software design/development, testing, technical operations and support Experience in managing Agile software development projects. Advanced knowledge of formal project management methodology. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects. A self-starter that can resolve problems on their own and escalates appropriately. Demonstrated experience managing more than one scrum team on a concurrent basis Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence) McKesson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
