Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

Preferred: Peoria, IL or Frederick, MD // Will also consider Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH

There are 2 positions available within the HR Contingent Labor function.

Opening #1 - Background Checks

• Screen contractor background checks for background processes
• Work on compliance and risk tasks for the team

Opening #2 - Risk & Compliance and Onboarding

• Compile and action Visa letters
• Work towards audit training completion for contractors
• Decision foreign travel requests for contractors
• Help with contractor to FTE conversion requests
• Create end client letters for suppliers
• Work on compliance and risk tasks for the team

Must Have Skills / Experience:

Overall, 2-4 years of experience and 2-4 years for below:

• Experience utilizing Beeline
• Experience utilizing SharePoint technology
• Experience utilizing the Microsoft Suite including heavy to moderate use of Excel and Word

Nice to Have Skills:

• SHRM certification
• Bachelors in HR or comparable work experience
