Subcontractor shall provide Project Control and Scheduling support services to the NNSA Capital Projects mission being performed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), LLC. The primary focus of these support efforts shall provide assistance and support to the SRNS NNSA Capital Projects initiative by the valuation of the various project scopes, costs, schedules, and management plans and development of support procedures and processes for project integration interface with engineering and procurement.
Education:
Minimum of a Four-year degree.
Experience/Skills:
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, project controls, proposal developments, and/or project management.
• Experience developing and integrating schedules for multi-billion-dollar DOE projects.
• P6 schedule management experience greater than 10 years.
• EVMS experience on a DOE Project.
Responsibilities:
• As the Schedule Lead, the subcontractor shall be responsible for the design and integration of various processes to support the SRNS NNSA Capital Projects, Project Controls and Scheduling operations, including the following:
o Lead Weekly Schedule Status during Plan of the Week Meetings with Project Team, Engineering Contractors, and Stakeholders.
o Ensure all schedule data and forecast data are accurate and reliable with credible project execution basis.
o Provide solid critical path analysis.
o Communicate potential issues and resolutions to Project Management daily.
o Train entry level schedulers.
o Coordinate with Cost engineers for effective integration.
o Resolve schedule health (Acumen Fuse) issues in a quick turnaround.
o Run Acumen Fuse for schedule quality check.
o Maintain and update project WBS Dictionary.
o Ensure all schedule reporting is compliant with EVMS requirements and reporting.
