```Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our property management department. Duties: - Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements - Provide administrative support to the property management team, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and records - Assist with rent collection and financial reporting processes - Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from tenants, ensuring timely resolution of issues - Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring that units are in good condition - Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with marketing efforts, including creating online listings and coordinating property tours Experience: - Previous experience in property leasing or related field is preferred - Strong administrative skills, with experience in legal administrative tasks being a plus - Knowledge of property management software systems such as OneSite or Yardi is highly desirable - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and resolve conflicts - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of lease agreements and contract management If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for the position of Assistant Property Manager.
