We are looking for a dynamic real estate professional to grow our business in the Orange Beach, Alabama area. Are you an experienced real estate agent looking for ways to bring in more income? We are a full real estate brokerage and we are looking for a Dynamic Individual to lead up our business development team and also continue with handling real estate sales and leasing. PMI specializes in Property Management, Short Term, and Real Estate Brokerage (commercial and residential). This is a commissioned based contract position and does require either to have a real estate license or to get a real estate license (Alabama). Must be located in the Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores area.

REQUIRED: Alabama Real Estate License
TERRITORY: Must be in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach general area.
PAY: Commissioned based / Contract position

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate
• Business Development for Residential and Short Term Rental Management
• Short Term Services Business Development
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients
• Attend Real Estate Association Networking Events
• Actively Prospect to grow our brand across all three locations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
