We are currently looking for a Personal Care Home Administrator to fill a full-time position in Rochester. The Personal Care Home Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the (8) bed Kohler Personal Care Home (KPCH) and provide supervision to the personal care home Direct Support Professionals.
This position will report directly to the Executive Director.

Prospective employee hired for the Personal Care Home Administrator position will receive a $10,000 sign on bonus. New employee will receive the first $5,000 after completion of orientation, $2,500 after completion of 6 months of employment and $2,500 after completion of 12 months of employment.
