PMG’s Graduate Leadership Program consists of intensive, customized experiences developed and taught by our team of industry experts. We’ll set you up on a track-specific learning path where you’ll engage in real-world challenges and, at the completion of the program, be matched to a team and full-time role that best suits your preferences, experience, and skills.

You will receive training on strategy and communication, business focused storytelling, leadership, and problem solving for some of the most innovative and ambitious global brands. Throughout the program, you'll collaborate in small groups on a variety of projects, develop and present your personal brand, receive valuable 1:1 and small group mentorship, explore in-depth case studies, and gain hands-on experience by shadowing business teams.

The GLP kicks off every June when you’ll be immersed into your new professional network and program cohort. You’ll also receive training on all PMG tools, including Alli, our proprietary marketing intelligence platform, and you’ll have the opportunity to earn media certifications from Google, as well as hands-on training in SQL and Excel.
