PMCO is hiring for a Production Supervisor! Must be available to work both day and night shifts (8am-8pm and 8pm-8am) as needed. You will be a fill-in Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead production team to meet daily goals and make necessary improvements
- Create and execute action plans to meet metrics
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Ensure safety standards are being met
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in automation preferred
- Proven continuous improvement experience
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations
- MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH THE DAY SHIFT & THE NIGHT SHIFT, AS NEEDED
