We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its applications. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, MA, ME, NJ, NY, PA, TX, WA, WI, or VT. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a particular emphasis on the publishing or media industry. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

As part of our company-wide rollout of PMC’s paid healthcare plan, for this role the company pays 100% of the monthly health, dental and vision plan premiums for the employee and their family.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce systems according to the requirements of the business, including but not limited to creating custom fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Facilitate training and provide ongoing support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce tools and features.
  • Assist with the management of Salesforce data, including data migrations, data quality, systems integration, and duplicate record management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement new enhancements.
  • Conduct regular systems audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with best practices.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Specialist, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, its functionalities, processes, and workflows.
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the publishing or media industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in data management, including data migration tools and data modeling.

Typical wage range: $66,750 - $75,000. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.

The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
