We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for the organization, the ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Assist with scheduling appointments.
Perform data entry and other computer-related tasks.
