DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests promptly with a warm smile and answer any questions they may have
• Expand knowledge of product offerings to ensure guest questions can be addressed
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper stock level at all times
• Process all cash and credit card transitions timely and accurately on the POS system
• Assist in receiving and processing product shipments
• Maintain store cleanliness on all store fixtures and general housekeeping chores
• Participate in opening and closing responsibilities
• Participate in ascertaining store sales goals
• Work with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, promote and foster a positive team environment with trust and respect
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures
• Attend staff training and all staff meetings as required
• Other duties/projects as assigned by the management
