Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning, especially in medical and healthcare facilities is preferred

- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards in healthcare settings
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
