PMA Companies is Hiring a Specialty Markets Operations Associate Near Blue Bell, PA
- Work closely with the Sr. UW Operations Consultant to handle transactional tasks relating to administration of captive programs and support various service commitments to PMA's brokers and clients.
- Promote and recommend continued improvements in internal process efficiencies and service deliverables.
- Compile and distribute designated reports internally which support client-specific and segment--wide initiatives.
- Compile and distribute designated reports externally in support of commitments to clients and brokers.
- Monitor announcements published by PMA Product Management and distribute as necessary.
- Handle administration of Agency related items and submissions for SMD.
- Assist with Management of General Agent Programs, including Underwriting File Reviews.
- Assist Captive Operations Manager with onboarding of captives and programs.
- Assist with training as needed.
- Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
