Job Description
Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full - time addiction counselor. The counselor would maintain ongoing participation in the daily operation of the program through the provision of various clinical and therapeutic activities.
Job Requirements:
Candidates will be required to

1. Provide treatment services to assigned clients.
2. Provide individual and group counseling.
3. Intervene with clients regarding special problems as needed.
4. Maintain client caseload and provide individual and group counseling as well as perform scheduled assessments.
5. Assist in facilitating intake/orientation process of new clients.
6. Maintain accurate up to date clinical record keeping.
7. Contributes input for Performance Improvement with regard to quality of care and planning of clinical services.
8. Provide for crisis intervention with patient or family.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of program goals.

New York State QHP: CASAC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW
We are also accepting CASAC-T Limited Permit Credentials.
Salary:
New York State QHP: CASAC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW- $60,000.00
We are also accepting CASAC-T Limited Permit Credentials. - $48,000.00 annually
