The Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, located in Downtown Raleigh, nestled in the entertainment district, is actively looking for our next exceptional Banquet Server!

As a Banquet Server, you’ll provide food and beverage for functions and maintain and clean all meeting rooms. Replenish as needed or as ordered, pick up trash and wipe up spills. During a meeting, respond to all guest requests replacing supplies, as needed ensuring proper function of all equipment. When guests are on break, refresh the meeting room by placing clean glasses and filling water pitchers on tables and remove any soiled items. Keep the banquet area clean and free from trash and food particles.

Safety & Security: The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to PM Hotel Group. Every PM Hotel Group associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly

regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
