We are hiring a Technical Services Data Manager to lead team of specialists to review technical data from R&D and input into the Data Management tool, verifying formula properties. They will also assist in reviewing new chemicals and gathering the necessary information to load into the Data Management tool. This will include being a part of the management team to identify, scope, and implement improvement to the tools and processes. 

Key Responsibility:

• Manages team of technical reports to implement, refine, and improve data processes
• Cross functional leader to best support R&D and regulatory technical data requirements
• Reviews experimental formulations for new products to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Ensures data integrity of new business units into SAP
• Identify critical process parameters and make sure they are correctly managed in both process design, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide technical direction and assistance to internal and external customers when needed
• Operate under minimal supervision and solves comprehensive problems that require project management principles and leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree (STEM)
• 5 years’ related experience. Chemical industry and R&D formulating strongly preferred.
• Working Knowledge of ASD Product Vision, desired.
• Technical background in cleaning or food manufacturing or development, desired.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• SAP or other ERP software experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to manage large amounts of data / organization
