As an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) you will represent the Commonwealth in prosecuting persons charged with criminal offenses. ADA’s manage an assigned caseload, and appear in court daily.
This position is for an ADA in Plymouth County to work at any and all four District Courts. (Hingham, Brockton, Plymouth, Wareham)
Candidates will only be considered if they have passed the bar. Submit a resume, cover letter and writing sample to be considered.
Minimum qualifications:
– JD Required
– Must be licensed and remain active by the Bar to practice law in the State of Massachusetts
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Excellent presentation skills
– Must successfully pass a background investigation.
