We are seeking knowledgeable, customer-focused, outgoing, marijuana Budtenders to join our team.

As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical sales as well as coaching customers and cash handling. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the dispensary

- Provide detailed information about products, including strain types, potency, and consumption methods

- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system as well as proper cash handling and discount application

- Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and inviting store environment

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products

- Follow all state and federal regulations related to the sale of cannabis including verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.

Skills:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills

- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point Of Sales software, and cash management

- Fun attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Organizational skills are a must

- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 pounds

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years of age or older.

- Must pass a background check according to state regulations.

- Previous experience in retail budtending

- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the cannabis industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Budtender: 1 year (Preferred)
