Responsibilities

• Review existing implementations, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot software errors
• Working with different engineering teams to define software testing requirements that meet functional safety standards
• Write production-level code to realize testing suite that matches functional safety requirements
• Experiment and validate the new implementations via both hardware-in-the-loop testing benches, and Plus’s testing fleet
• Draft thorough documents for planned and executed activities

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or other related engineering field
• Proficient in C , python, and Linux CLI
• Previous working experience with ROS, software testing, and state machines
• Understanding of the main components and principles of autonomous driving software stack

• Previous experience with ticketing systems and collaborative documentation systems
• Familiarity with embedded systems and mechatronics systems
• Previous working experience with autonomous vehicles
• Previous working experience with multinational teams and interdisciplinary projects
• Basic understanding of functional safety concept
