- On-site observation of site conditions and meeting with contractors and owner
- Reviewing shop drawings
- Reviewing costs, such as pay applications, proposal requests, etc.
- Reviewing various project correspondence including RFI’s, e-mails, and phone messages
- Project research and code research
- Minimum of 3 years of either office or field experience in the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
