Plumbing and Cooling Nerds is looking for you to join our install teams to assist with managing permits for our projects!

If working in a fast paced environment, with guidelines defined, and being self managed makes you nerdy, then we want you!!!

EXPECTATIONS

• Communicate with customers
• Maintains accurate records of the permit and planning process
• Inputs, maintains and compiles data for permits
• Assures that policies and procedures are followed in the receipt and processing of permit applications
• Maintains records, files and logs related to permits and inspections

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Previous experience in building permits and regulations
• Experience in the home service industry preferred
• Highly organized & able to prioritize
• Familiar with local applications and procedures
• Google sheets and Microsoft Office experience
