Plumbers Supply Co, a local family-owned company, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Indianapolis Branch. As a Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate, you will perform tasks related to order picking.

Schedule is Monday-Friday (1st Shift) (with possible required overtime)(hrs can be subject to change).

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Accurately pick products by matching number and products using RF Scanner.
• Read customer orders and pick ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, etc.
• Updating inventory in ERP after each item is picked.
• Helping team members maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment that is safe & accessible for salespeople, customer traffic and employees.
• Maneuvering heavy inventory using hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At Least 1 year of prior Warehouse Experience
• Customer Service Focused
• Dependable Attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attentive to Detail
• Motivated to Train & Learn
• Stamina to Stand & Walk for entire shift
• Computer Proficient
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to more than 75 lbs with assistance.
• Repetitive use of fingers, hands, wrists and arms with good manual dexterity, to operate hand-held devices, small machinery and other stationary and hand-held tools.
• Regularly push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, squat, bend, twist, grab, and reach above the shoulders.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Background Check
