• Answer all phone calls with the upmost enthusiasm to create a pleasant scheduling experience.
• Manage, understand, and adapt to scheduling / tracking software, and Microsoft Excel by monitoring and overseeing the continued progress of the field technicians throughout the day
• Be able to create, review and interpret invoices / estimates generated for field work.
• Facilitate the Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Bookkeeper in updating and maintaining certain reports / information required to navigate the objectives of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 yr of Dispatch experience in a service business with annual revenue >$1 million.
• Minimum 1 yr of Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to work On Call Rotation every 3-4 weeks
• Possess integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and dedication.
• Possess ability to create expectations and hold oneself to the highest standards set forth by the company
