• Customer Service Focus: While working outdoors, maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, ready to assist guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have about our grounds. Your courteous and prompt response to their needs will contribute to their overall satisfaction.

HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Plum Point Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes directly on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, Plum Point Lodge is a small, intimate, and upscale retreat that exudes both luxury and warmth. Our lodge offers one of the top glamping sites in the northwest, a farm-to-table restaurant led by one of the area's top chefs, and a range of other on-property amenities.
