We are looking for a Bulk Operations Production Associate to support the fulfillment of wholesale, custom bulk orders, and our monthly tea club. This includes helping blend tea, prep packaging, prep outbound shipments, and complete other general warehouse tasks to support the department.

What will you do all day while sipping delicious tea?

Operations

• Assemble ingredients to blend teas
• Support shipping and pack/ship monthly tea club orders and customer orders as needed.
• Support colleagues in ongoing production activities as needed.
• Support team in completing general warehouse tasks such as cleaning and product assemblage.
• Prep packaging such as labeling packages, labeling envelopes with shipping labels, and other prep tasks to support our tea makers.
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces.
• Assist with management of inventory of supplies and products.
• Label and package tea as directed to fill customer orders and refill online store inventory.

Physical Demand and Work Environment:

This position requires standing for up to 10 hours per day. It also requires lifting a maximum of 50 lbs, and bending consistently during the shifts to complete the required tasks.

Skills and Experience:

· Previous warehouse or product assembly experience.

· Must have reliable transportation.
