```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

```Duties```
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
