Responsibilities in an Entry Level Sales role:

• Conduct engaging public presentations to enlighten potential customers about our client’s products, services, and promotions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by delivering top-notch customer service and a personalized buying experience through attentive listening.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and tailor sales solutions to meet their requirements.
• Utilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, and market insights to upsell our client’s offerings and boost sales revenue.
• Ensure accurate recording of customer information, installation dates, and sales packages.
• Collaborate with Full-Time Sales Assistants and Customer Service Representatives to develop effective sales strategies that drive customer engagement.
• Stay updated on our client’s products, services, promotions, sales targets, and campaign objectives through virtual conference calls and on-site training.
• Work closely with Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to set and achieve sales targets and goals.

• Access to reliable transportation for on-site work.
