Currently, we are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Assistant Property Manager for our Factory 52 community in Norwood, Ohio.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Share many of the same responsibilities as the Property Manager
• Will generate leases 
• Maintain and increase occupancy
• Effectively communicate with residents
• Providing mentorship and guidance to the leasing team
• Responsible for monthly reports
• Receiving and posting rent
• Assisting the Property Manager with coordination of day-to- day activities of the community
• Capable of operating the community in the absence of the Property Manager
