We are looking for candidates with experience in the sales, restaurant, hotel and customer service industries. Experience in our industry is preferred, but the customer service industry experience is a plus.

The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service and sales ability. This is the position for you if you are looking for a career with a company that likes to promote from within. Currently looking for consultants in the Long Beach area.

* $23 - $25 per hour ($47.840 to $52,000 per year).

Responsibilities include:

• Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments
• Providing property tours
• Closing and processing rental applications
• Preparing resident's leases and assisting with move-in coordination
• Assist the community manager in the day-to-day operation of the community

Requirements:

• Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Computer skills and property management software experience are a plus
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
• A background check is required
