Plenteous, the parent company overseeing Heroic Rentals and Plenteous Builders, is seeking an exceptional Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to strengthen our finance team. Job Responsibilities:

Verify, process, and post invoices for goods and services.
Manage vendor payments and communicate effectively regarding billing discrepancies and questions.
Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and report preparation.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Collaborate with the finance team on process improvement initiatives.

Flexible Activity Engagement: In addition to core accounts payable duties, this role offers the opportunity to engage in various financial projects and tasks depending on business needs and personal interest areas. This could include participating in budgeting processes, financial analysis, or other areas that support our finance department's goals.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
