Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as sonography and tube feeding
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and infection control protocols
- Conduct IV insertions and manage IV therapy
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of WV
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in home care, toddler care, or case management is a plus
