Our receptionists are the face and voice of the practice. This role plays an important part in our community's reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service. Some of the skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include:

  • Knowledge of vaccines and preventative care 
  • Knowledge of Fear Free practices 
  • Positive, energetic customer service 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing multiple phone lines 
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Pride and care in hospital cleanliness and appearance

Your talent and skill as a veterinary customer care receptionist team member are essential to your success in this role. We’ll love your expertise, passion, eagerness to grow and learn, and ability to work well with a team. In addition, other qualities important to us include:

  • Client education and communication skills that convey our recommendations to clients in an easily understandable and professional manner
  • Knowing that great results are only achieved and accomplished through teamwork and mutual respect

This is a part-time position with the potential for a full-time position for an experienced (at least 1 year) veterinary receptionist. Reliability and flexibility are crucial, and we share opening, closing, and Saturday shifts.
