Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Duties:

- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the Resort

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests

- Oversee and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage

- Train and mentor staff members to maintain high standards of service

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation

- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

-Must speak Chinese and English fluently

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality field

- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations

- Proficiency Hospitality Management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and staff development

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
