Job Overview:

We are seeking a experienced Dental Business Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, eye for details ,organized and excellent patient service in a professional dental office setting.

Hours Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

- Great Patients
- Schedule appointments
- Process insurance claims
- Treatment Plans
- - Perform various office tasks as needed

Requirements:

- 1 year minimum working experience in a dental office
- Knowledge of Dentrix dental software systems
- Dental terminology
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle front desk duties
- Excellent patient service and communication skills
- Understanding of phone systems and scheduling appointments efficiently
