Plaza Animal Hospital was founded in 1997 by Dr. Randall graduated from NC State University in 1987 and after working in mixed animal practices, she opened Randall Veterinary Hospital, what it was originally known as.

Benefit Highlight and Breakdown

4-day work week, No Weekends, and No on Call.

Salary $120,000-$150,000.

20% Production Commission.

Sign-on Bonus.

Relocation Allowance.

Health, Dental, and Vision allowance.

401k retirement plan company matching of up to 3%.

PTO - 2 weeks annually beginning at 90 days of employment and 3 weeks after one year in practice.

Paid maternity/paternity leave (4 weeks) per pregnancy.

Veterinary expenses for personal pets.

$5000 CE allowance and 5 days paid time off to go to conferences.

Professional fees and dues paid for NCVMA and AVMA.

Professional licensure paid for NCVMB, DEA, AVMA, PLIT, and NC Privilege License.
