LIFEGUARDS

• Maintains proper certifications.
• When on stand – never takes attention away from swimmers, uses whistle whenever necessary.
• Enforces all pool rules and regulations to insure a safe environment for all members and guests.
• Relates to members and guests in a proper, professional and fair manner.
• Enforces and abides by all Department of Health regulations.
• Cleans, vacuums, maintains pool and pool area.
• Performs and records hourly chlorine readings.
• Do not adjust chemicals without consent of Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Cleans and maintains lounges, umbrellas, tables etc.
• Removes garbage, sweeps deck, rakes kiddy area, other.
• Advises Manager on duty of maintenance problems, accidents, incidents, etc.
• Wears proper uniform at all times: shirt, nametag, shorts etc.
• Assists manager on duty in all programs and activities.
• Administers First Aid, CPR when necessary. Completes accident reports accurately.

RECEPTIONIST/POOL ATTENDANTS

• Ensure usage of club by authorized personnel only.
• Enforce all club rules and policies.
• Maintain proper certification recommended, ie: CPR
• Relates to members and guests in a proper, professional and fair manner.
• Assists Lifeguards in pool supervision.
• Must be able to perform clerical and data entry using a variety of computer programs such as Word and Excel.
• Wears proper uniform at all times including company shirt & khaki pant/shorts
• Assists manager on duty in all programs and activities.
• Answer all phone calls and relay appropriate messages.
• Ensures cleanliness of assigned areas at all time.

Reports to: Pool Manager

Schedule: Available to work on the weekdays and weekends (including holidays). Compensation: $15 per hour. Start Date: Memorial Day thru Labor Day

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
