THE ROLE

PlayOn! Sports is looking for a customer-focused ACO Engineer to join our team and provide expert assistance to clients experiencing complex technical issues related to the PlayOn! Sports platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical challenges, providing prompt and effective solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure that client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be equipped with the necessary skills and expertise to address any challenges that clients may encounter, with the goal of delivering exceptional support that exceeds their expectations.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities for this role include:

• Deliver technical support to clients by resolving escalated and intricate technical issues concerning the PlayOn! Sports’ NFHS Network platform.

• Accurately document customer interactions and technical problems in a timely manner within the ticketing system.

• Keep clients informed of the status of their technical issues by providing regular updates and follow up with them to ensure their satisfaction.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical support operations.

• Provide feedback to the Support Manager and team to improve processes, tools, and customer service delivery.

• Stay up-to-date and informed about the latest product updates, procedures, and company policies to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to our customers. 

THE PERSON

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support operations, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ticketing systems and other technical support tools.
