We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood professional with Montessori experience to head a small program for children of various ages, primarily 0 to 6 years. Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, in collaboration with parents, guardians, and other professionals
Assess students' skills and abilities to determine their educational needs and create appropriate goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation
Childcare experience, preferred but not required
CPR/First Aid obtained prior to start
Successful background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff.
