Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing various tasks related to lead generation, sales operations, marketing, and distributor relationship management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with team members across different departments.

Required Job Duties:

• Identify potential leads through research and data analysis
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales and marketing presentations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing calendars, arranging trade shows/conferences and handling appointments.
• This position will report to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience writing press releases and marketing presentations
• CRM experience preferred, HubSpot Certification a plus
