Job Description

As a Sales Ops and Marketing intern, you will get first-hand experience supporting sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue with awareness and conversion support. You will get first-hand experience working with a dynamic marketing team and insight into the audio and publishing world. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide email and marketing support for our most common customer journeys and support the Marketing team’s efforts to grow and segment our mailing list 
• Capture, edit, and deliver photo and video repository (including product and lifestyle imagery) for use in advertising, product videos, websites, social media campaigns, etc. 
• Research industry trends, our target audience, and keyword trends to inform and build a backlog of content ideas for our blog with the goal of elevating our SEO.
• Use GovSpend to support business development with contract research and data analysis. 

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student with a major in Marketing or any other relevant field
• Proficient in photography and videography techniques, including lighting, audio, and editing.
• Experience in writing content that engages target audiences will be a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with photo and video editing software 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Internship Details

• This is a part-time paid internship.
• Must be able to work up to 28 hours per week
• This role requires hybrid work out of our office located in Solon, Ohio
